Hey! I’m Courtney Jo Polish—owner and founder of Crazy J Customs.

I’ve always had a passion for leatherwork and art. Growing up in Gardnerville, Nevada, I was surrounded by the agriculture community. I always had horses growing up ,Grandpa "Papa" trained reining cow horses and made saddles. I spent hours watching my papa work leather and summers with my aunt making all kinds of art. It wasn’t long before I knew creating was something I wanted to turn into more than just a hobby.

At age 10, I swapped sports for 4-H and jumped into the livestock show world—raising and showing club lambs, later joining FFA, and through it all learning what it means to work hard, stay dedicated, and showing up. Just before my senior year, I decided to homeschool so I could graduate early, work part-time in the veterinary field, and focus entirely on building the business I dreamed of.

I’ve had people doubt me because I chose a different path—but that just fueled me.

Crazy J Customs is punk rock and a whole lot of cowboy. Everything I make reflects a punk rock cowboy life style to add a little more punk to your punchy closet.
